We left Valerrobres aire nice and early, longish drive of about 220 miles today.
The first 50 or 60 miles were on mountain type roads with hundreds of bends. Speed limits of 70, 60, 50, 40 even 30 are quite common. Don't forget this is the suggested speed in kph! If the sign says maximum speed round a bend is only 20mph you know it must be a seriously sharp bend!

Lynda helped out with the driving again, especially when we got to the smooth, but busy, coastal motorway.
Before long we were pulling into Los Llanos campsite near Denia - our base for about 5 weeks! Plenty of info and photos once we have had a proper look round.

On our first quick tour of the site we stopped at the cafe of course.
Bolognaise pizza, chips, beer and coke. Lynda got a lot of change
from a 20 euro note.
Still at the cafe. Its sunny and warm today. Thats the swimming pool
in the background, its open in Winter! There were a couple of
people lounging on sunbeds!
The beach is only 5 minutes walk away.
17th January.
Well, that's our first night at Los Lanos done, it was very quiet and we are off to Lidl soon. Shower this morning was real luxury - unlimited hot water, very nice.
